Lisbet Fundora, CPA is the Administrator of Ellie’s World PPEC, where she oversees operations, compliance, and strategic development. As a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in administration and business management, Lisbet ensures the center operates with the highest standards of integrity, financial stewardship, and regulatory excellence. Her leadership is driven by a deep commitment to building a compassionate, well-structured environment that supports medically complex children and their families.

Barbara Rumberger, M.D.
Dr. Barbara Rumberger is a board-certified pediatrician with more than four decades of experience in pediatric medicine, hospital leadership, emergency care, and medical oversight for medically fragile children. She has served in multiple prestigious roles across Florida and the United States, including department chair positions, emergency pediatric leadership, and medical director roles for PPEC and child-focused programs. At Ellie’s World PPEC, Dr. Rumberger brings unmatched clinical knowledge, deep compassion, and a lifelong dedication to helping children thrive.

Naibel Vilches, RBT
Alternate Administrator
Naibel Vilches , RBT serves as the Alternate Administrator at Ellie’s World PPEC. With experience in pediatric healthcare settings, medical coding, and office management, she plays a key role in ensuring efficient and well-organized care. She is also a Registered Behavior Technician, bringing a valuable understanding of behavioral support and child-centered approaches. Naibel is committed to supporting both families and staff with professionalism and empathy.
