Medical Care, Therapy and Play

Every service below happens during your child's normal day at the center — no extra trips, no extra copays, no extra time off work for you.

Skilled Pediatric Nursing

Licensed nurses handle daily assessments, medication administration, tube feedings, tracheostomy and ventilator care, wound care and vitals. Anything that changes is documented and reported to you and to your child’s physician the same day.

Physical Therapy

Strength, balance, positioning and mobility work using equipment sized for children. Goals are set with you and updated as your child grows, so progress is measured rather than assumed.

Occupational Therapy

Fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-feeding and dressing. Our therapists turn ordinary play into measurable progress toward the goals written in your child’s plan of care.

Speech Therapy

From first sounds to full sentences, and from safe swallowing to communication devices. Sessions are built into the day, so your child gets therapy without another appointment on your calendar.

Feeding Therapy

G-tube and NG feedings, oral feeding progression and structured mealtime routines, coordinated with your child’s GI specialist and dietitian. For many families this is the service that changes the most at home.

ABA Therapy

Applied Behavior Analysis is available on site for children enrolled in our PPEC program, delivered alongside their nursing care and other therapies rather than as a separate appointment across town.

Respiratory Care

Oxygen, nebulizers, suctioning, tracheostomy care and ventilator support, monitored throughout the day by staff trained in pediatric respiratory needs.

Medical Transportation

Door-to-door pickup and drop-off from home or school in accessible vehicles, with trained staff riding along on every trip. Pickup times are coordinated around your work schedule, and the transportation is part of the covered benefit.

Interactive Recreation & Field Trips

Circle time, sensory play, music, art and supervised field trips, all adapted so every child can take part whatever equipment they use. For many of the children here, this is where they socialize with other children for the first time.

After-School Program

Children who attend school can come to us afterward and continue receiving skilled nursing care and therapy in the same building, on the same plan of care, with the same team that already knows them.

Family Training & Care Coordination

We show you how to do at home what we do here, and we help you keep track of referrals, authorizations and specialist appointments so the process does not stall on paperwork.

Covered by Florida Medicaid

For eligible children, every service on this page — including the door-to-door transportation — is a covered benefit with no copay. We verify your coverage before day one.

We answer in English and Spanish, usually the same business day.
